The villa is located in Prcanj, 4 km from Kotor.

The floors are divided on basement, ground, first and second floor.

In the basement, there is a sauna for 6 people and a wine cellar.
The ground floor comprises dining room, kitchen, living room, a gym and a bathroom.
The first floor has four bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, two terraces, one of which oveviews the sea, and the other overviews the pool.
The second floor is a single living room with TV lounge, library, lounge entertainment (billiard room and table for playing cards), as well as a bathroom and walk-in closet.

The house has a technical room, where the pool pump is set, including the surveillance devices and central control system for operating the steam heating and cooling (fen coiler system).
Under floor heating was installed in the ground floor and in all bathrooms.
