The villa has a private swimming pool , landscaped gardens and terraces
and two outbuildings in the laurel forest in the villa hinterland.

LEVEL ALONG THE ROAD

The villa has easy access to the main road with 4 outdoor and 2 indoor parking spaces formed by the road. This level is lower than the ground floor of the building. Within it there is a technical room and an apartment for servants.

GROUND FLOOR LEVEL

Ground floor level consists of entrance hall, spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, hall, toilet, pantry and stairway. Living room leads to the terrace with swimming pool. Stairs from the dining room lead to a summer kitchen space, roofed with trellies and other open terraces.
