Perast has always been a small capital of culture and history on the coast. As a picturesque and historically rich part of Kotor, it was recognized by UNESCO, and because of its beauty and cultural-historical importance, Perast joined the UNESCO list of world cultural and historical heritage in 1979.

This authentic two-story house exudes Perast charm and offers a view of the picturesque islands from every part of the house.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a large dining room that opens onto a small terrace with a view of the Perast Islands, as well as a toilet.
The first floor is reserved for a large sunny, sea-bathed bedroom and a large bathroom, while on the second floor there is a living room with a gallery.
