All apartments are sold on a turnkey basis (ready to move in) and will be fully equipped and ready to move in and use. They are equipped with furniture and equipment in accordance with the standards of the hotel business for 5 star hotels. The apartments have spacious living rooms, luxurious kitchens, comfortable and quiet bedrooms, modern bathrooms and balconies with transparent sliding portals.
The living room is conveniently equipped for relaxation. The kitchens are equipped with: oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and all equipment. All apartments have Wi-Fi Internet, satellite and cable TV, a vacuum cleaner and an iron. Bathrooms feature underfloor heating. A card access system for apartments is also installed that regulates energy saving when a tenant is outside the apartment. Studios and one-bedroom apartments have one spacious bathroom with a shower. Two and three bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms with shower / tub combination.
Management and Maintenance
We conduct year-round monitoring of the safety of your property, serving all life support systems of the complex and apartments. We provide legal, notary, insurance, tax and financial management services for your property. In your absence, we take upon ourselves the work of selecting tenants, leasing your property in order to ensure a stable income for your investments.
Future owners of apartments will have access to all services, including: concierge services, 24-hour reception, housekeeping, parking and security services. Services are also available for organizing airport transfers, excursions, car rental, yachts, helicopters, organizing various celebrations within and outside the complex.
